Savannah Boddy
Director of Operations

With a background in education and the arts, Savannah was originally connected to Grace Church through the dance school that she owned and directed. Hired by a former priest at Grace, she designed and executed a children's program called 'Gifts of the Spirit'.
Savannah trained professionally as a contemporary dancer at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. Upon graduation from that program she worked in the field as a dancer, dance teacher and stage manager. She went on to get her BFA (Hons) in dance from York University and from there was accepted to the Artists in Community Education Program at Queen's University, where she obtained her B.Ed. Savannah was hired by the TDSB immediately after graduating. She worked with a variety of ages and taught many subjects. Alongside her teaching career, Savannah had started her own dance school. The school was growing quite fast and as a result, she decided to leave the TDSB. She is proud to say that with her exceptional team of teachers and admin staff, the dance school grew to over 150 students.
When Covid turned everyone's world upside down, Savannah gratefully found herself back at Grace working in the office. She has since moved into the operations role, using her organizational and creative skillset to support the church and its parishioners. She is delighted to be part of the team.
